ALL FLOORS ENVIRONMENT STATEMENT
As awareness of environmental issues increases people close to our workplaces may have issues about our work or aspects of our work and its impact on the environment.
These complaints may take many forms such as noise, parking, dust, hours of work, waste etc. People may also have a problem distinguishing between environmental issues and general issues and complaints. We have therefore combined our environmental complaint form with the general complaint form for ease of use as any form of complaint should be taken seriously.
The purpose is to define the arrangements for internal and external communication of environmental and other complaints raised against the company relating to our work.
People making complaints shall be treated courteously at all times. Comments and complaints shall be progressed so that they are registered and investigated properly and managed at a level appropriate to the seriousness of the complaint,
Should a complaint be made it is to be logged in the incident log GO CL Form A Rev 2 Aug 2007, a report should be completed on Form GO CL Form B Rev 2 Aug 2007.
Comments from visiting agencies should be logged on form GO CL C rev 2 Aug 2007 irrespective of whether a complaint was raised by their inspectors or not. The complaint can then be investigated and actioned at the same time being properly documented.
