EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY
The responsibility for equality and diversity within All Floors is vested with the Responsible Director. This equality and diversity policy statement, which is to be observed by all our staff throughout the company, reflects the importance the Responsible Director places on equality and diversity within the company for all staff. The policy statement is as follows:
There shall be no discrimination against any individual on grounds of sexual orientation or gender, race, ethnic origin, colour or religion. All staff will have equal opportunity for employment and advancement within that employment on the basis of their ability, performance and aptitude for the work our company performs. All staff have a right to work in an environment free from intimidation, humiliation, harassment or abuse.
Additionally, as well as the policy outlined above. There shall be no discrimination within the company against any person on the grounds of their age or disability.
This policy will be the subject of an annual review or when there is a significant change in the company’s operations.
